Yesterday, we went to the lecture and learn about art and design. The professor talked about how the brain and body works, and the way we use it every day that we don’t even notice.                              He made it a point to keep the hands in the main subject. Everything that he did always fall back too, it was because of the hands. Then hands are really one of the most important parts of our body, it allows us to feel, touch, weigh, create and many more things that allow us to gain knowledge as one.

Many people thought that his presentation was boring, and that he didn’t get to the point of his lecture. For me I thought maybe this is the point of his lecture, was too bore us, I mean it is college, not every lecture are you going to be amazed and interested in. the point to me of the lecture was too flip it, even though it was boring, stay up focus, find out what he is talking about that can help you out in the future. What is he saying that you can apply in your own life? There are ways to get around boredom rather than sleep. It’s all about finding what you can use; it’s okay to play the selfish game sometimes. Really in the end that’s all you have is yourself, so why not better your mind and body.

During the lecture Kevin talked about Ted Williams and how he was so accurate to hit the baseball, and they did all this science and measuring stuff. I think that at the end of the day Ted Williams was just a confident baseball player that really on body and mind and to use frontal lobe, to embrace the passion for what he loved to do.
